SHIPPING


Delivery Method
Standard shipping is generally 5-7 business days. For Second day shipping a fee of $15 will be applied. Shipping will be 2 BUSINESS DAYS. For Overnight shipping a fee of $22 will be applied. Shipping will be 1 BUSINESS DAY. Please be aware of weekends and holidays when ordering.


Shipping Details
  • For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.
  • A flat rate of $12.95 applies to all orders delivered outside the United States.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Standard
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States, Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.


Second Day/Overnight
Orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays.

Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


International Shipments
Please note that we currently do not ship Second Day/Overnight outside of the United States and selected territories.


RETURNS


Cheer Ink gladly accepts returns/exchanges made within 30 days of purchase. Returned item must be in unused condition. Shipping and handling fees on returns/exchanges are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but Cheer Ink will ship any new exchanged merchandise free of charge.


Please include a copy of the original invoice along with the item to be returned/exchanged. At the bottom please fill out the reason for return. You can also email your return info to returns@CheerInk.com. Returns will be issued in the form of original payment.
