ORDERING INFO
Shopping Cart:
You may place as many items as you wish into your Shopping Cart. If you change the quantity you wish to order of an item in your shopping bag, be sure to click ‘Update Quantity.’ By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed. If an item is out of stock you will receive an email with your updated order total. Your credit card will not be charged for out of stock items.
Payment Options
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Gift cards backed by Visa, MasterCard and Discover are also acceptable if the corresponding logos appear on the card. We do not accept American Express.
Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout. Your credit card will be charged when the actual product is shipped.
Please note that we currently do not ship outside of the United States and selected territories. In order to make an online purchase, you must have a credit card billing address within the United States and a shipping address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Order Processing:
Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
Changes to your Order:
Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call 1-877-CHEER-04 as soon as possible. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Out of Stock Merchandise:
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
Damaged Merchandise:
If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged, please call 1-877-CHEER-04. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING INFO
Delivery Method:
Standard shipping is generally 5-7 business days. For Second day shipping a fee of $15 will be applied. Shipping will be 2 BUSINESS DAYS. For Overnight shipping a fee of $22 will be applied. Shipping will be 1 BUSINESS DAY. Please be aware of weekends and holidays when ordering.
Shipping Details:
- For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.
- At this time Cheer Ink does not ship orders outside of the United States and selected territories.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Standard:
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States, Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Second Day/Overnight:
Orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays.
Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipments:
Please note that we currently do not ship Second Day/Overnight outside of the United States and selected territories.
